Update: check out this post by 5chw4r7z for a lot of great pics
Last night, the Urban Basin Bicycle Club made its weekly slow and steady ride a BRIGHT one. The group of urban riders journeys to a different location in or near the basin every week and this week the destination was Music Hall across from the newly reopened Washington Park. To celebrate the World Choir Games, the riders were bedecked in glow necklaces and their bikes were rigged with Christmas lights. Here’s a photo of the group on the steps of Music Hall courtesy of Michael Providenti:
The Urban Basin Bicycle Club meets weekly at Fountain Square (usually Tuesdays at 6:30pm) for a slow and steady ride in the vicinity of the downtown, OTR, the riverfront, NKY or other nearby points of interest. Connect with the UBBC by joining the Urban Basin Bicycle Club group on facebook or by showing up to Fountain Square on Tuesdays at 6:30pm ready to ride.
