Progress at Quan Hapa OTR

Coming soon to 1335 Vine St. at the corner of West 14th St is Quan Hapa OTR. From the creators of Pho Lang Thang, Quan Hapa will offer Asian street food and should be opening in the coming weeks. Connect with it on facebook and twitter.
