On Saturday, December 8 First Place Awards will be doled out at the official OTR AGLOW awards party at Mr. Pitiful’s (1317 Main Street) from 8-10pm. Admission is free and there will be specials on Christian Moerlein’s Christkindel. Awards are being created by OTR-based designer, Chris Heckman.
