The $25 million first phase of Mercer Commons is rising out of the ground. Mercer Commons is a three phase development of 3CDC. The project broke ground in July 2012 and will yield a 340 space parking garage, 28 for-sale condos, and 3,900 SF of commercial space. The parking garage is due to be complete in April and the first eleven condos will be available this spring. The remaining condos are scheduled to be completed in the fall. Phase I of Mercer Commons encompasses two city blocks between Vine and Walnut Streets on the south side of Mercer Street.
