It’s an Asian invasion that couldn’t be more delicious and urbane. Kaze and Quan Hapa have stretched Over-the-Rhine’s foodie landscape to two of the corners at Vine and 14th Streets establishing “something of an incongruous Asian beachhead in one little block of OTR” according Soapbox columnist Casey Coston.
Kaze is the largest of OTR’s new gastropubs with room for nearly 200 patrons split among the restaurant’s dining room, bar lounge and outdoor biergarten. Kaze’s bar has been open for less than a month and its restaurant is set to open this week. The biergarten is currently under construction.

Not to be outdone by its larger Asiatic neighbor, Quan Hapa’s take on Asian street food packs a punch. Communal tables, a bar facing the open kitchen, and shelves of kimchi welcome visitors to this beautiful and sleek space on the southwest corner of 14th and Vine.
