Park(ing) Day is celebrated around the world on the third Friday of September. On this day people transform parking spaces into public space. For Park(ing) Day 2012 in Cincinnati, OTR was full of temporary parks in place of parking spaces thanks to the Merchants of Main Street, Art on the Streets, and others like the designers of the Tucker’s parklet.
Margy Waller put together a great summary of the day with lots of pics. Check out her post here.
