The Cincinnati Open begins tomorrow at Washington Park. Preparations began one week ago with the delivery of the first truckload of Caribbean white sand. The beach volleyball tournament will be played on Elm Street along the western edge of Washington Park across from Music Hall. Tournament games will be played on Elm Street Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Elimination games will be played on a court constructed at the corner of 15th and Race where eliminated teams can be watched for free. For tickets to the tournament, visit CincyTicket.com
