Christian Moerlein Brewery Open House Scheduled

Christian Moerlein Brewing Co. has announced an open house for the new and improved Christian Moerlein Over-the-Rhine Brewery.

The open invitation reads:

Christian Moerlein Brewing Co. would like to invite everyone to an open house at the brewery on Wednesday, November 21, from 4PM-8PM. We will be opening our doors for a sneak-peak of the new brewery renovations. To celebrate the launch of our new brewery, we will be choosing the winners of the 100 Bottles of Beer From the Hall contest, in which registered fans will win 1 of the first 100 bottles of beer, pulled from the line as a piece of Cincinnati brewing history.

The 100 bottles of beer from the 100 Bottles of Beer From the Hall contest will be numbered and signed with a letter of authenticity. Winners will also receive a Christian Moerlein 1 of 100 tee shirt. Look for us at Findlay Market this Saturday and Sunday from 11AM to 2PM to register, or look for the mail-in form on our Facebook page and mail to:

Last month, this blog posted a few photos of the brewery’s progress. The new brewery is a momentous milestone in the rebirth of Cincinnati’s grand brewing tradition and the OTR Brewery District. The production of beer in Over-the-Rhine by Christian Moerlein along with the opening of the Moerlein Lager House underscores the company’s commitment to revivifying Cincinnati’s heritage and, just as importantly, the magic of great beer.
