Before and After: 12 East 13th Street

12 East 13th Street used to be occupied by a small barn-like building. Former property owner Doug Waggoner of Kestner Waggoner Restoration Group built the brick structure that stands there today.

I used to own that barn and the building in the rear of it. It is good to see it again. I sold it to Waggoner and he built the modern garage.
