One of 3CDC‘s latest projects, the Cincinnati Color Building at 1400 Vine Street, is nearing completion. Kaze, a Japanese restaurant, sushi bar and gastropub, now occupies the first floor and is putting the finishing touches on its outdoor beer garden. Core Resources, the general contractor that performed the construction on the building, is preparing to move its headquarters to the upper floors. Beck Architecture designed both Kaze and the Core Resources spaces. GBBN performed the building shell renovation.
