    550 on Orchard Street is my apartment building… great little apartment but the energy bills are atrocious.

      I live on the other end of Orchard in 225, I have a budget billing plan with Duke. You pay more in the summer but you can keep it toasty in the winter and not get a shocking bill, every month every month you pay the same.

    I am looking for a two bedroom apartment for this coming September in OTR (or nearby). My roommate and I have been looking for a while now through the common apartment listings (craigslist, urbansites, etc.) and have yet to find something available.
