Progress on the Cincinnati Color Building is moving steadily ahead. Known for its iconic vertical “Paint” sign, the building is being redeveloped by 3CDC into upscale offices over a first floor restaurant space. Kaze OTR will be a Japanese restaurant with a sushi bar and year round beer garden and expects to open in January 2013.
